Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, please return the unworn item with price ticket and tags attached to merchandise for an exchange or refund. Merchandise may be shipped prepaid and insured to: Jacobson's Customer Returns at Two Sixteen North Park Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789. Please provide your "Return Form" which is enclosed with your package (noting the reason for return on the back) and original store receipt. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. Please note that sale items or altered items are final sale.

Jacobson's does not collect personally identifying information about any individual Jacobson's Web site user except when knowingly provided by such individual. For example, we may ask you for information when you register for a contest or survey or to receive a newsletter. You always have the option not to provide the information we request. If you choose not to provide the information we request, you can still visit most of the Jacobson's Web site, but you may be unable to access certain options and services.

Cookies
